This web site has been designed by Freda and SteveP as a resource for Pagans of all paths and levels of experience.
As the name suggests, we are based in Somerset which is located in the south west of England. This is traditionally a rural area, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with a history going back to Pre Roman times.
The name Somerset is thought to derive from the words Saete (land of dwellers) and Sumerton (a summer only settlement) - the land of the summer people.
Hopefully Pagans from all lands will find the information and thoughts gathered within interesting and useful, but quite naturally this site will tend to reflect our Somerset roots and its content will to a certain extent be driven by the path and tradition of its authors but we welcome views and contributions from all.
